Please see the "Accommodations" tab for recommended hotels. Note that we don't have any hotel room blocks, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.

We're requesting Formal Attire for the wedding day! For men, that means a dark suit and tie; for women, a long or dressy mid-length dress. Mid-November evenings can be chilly, so consider bringing a wrap or jacket. All outdoor areas are hardscaped, so heels are no problem.

A mix of both! Our ceremony will take place outdoors on a fireplace patio, cocktail hour will be primarily indoors with additional seating flowing outside, and our reception will be held outdoors under a large tent.

In case of rain, the ceremony will move indoors, and rain flaps will be added to the tent to keep everyone dry during the reception. In the event of unseasonably cold weather, heaters will be placed throughout the outdoor areas, including under the tent.

We'll be running shuttles to and from Berry Farms for both the welcome party on Friday night and the wedding on Saturday. Since the three Berry Farms hotels are all close together, we'll designate one central pickup spot and share those details closer to the wedding date.

Southall Farm & Inn and Southall Meadows are two completely different properties, despite sharing a similar name and both being located in Franklin, TN. Our wedding will be at Southall Farm & Inn, which is a resort hotel located at 2200 Osage Loop. Southall Meadows is a separate event venue located on Southall Road. Please make sure you double check that you're heading to the correct location, as they are not affiliated properties.

While we adore your little ones, we've decided to keep our celebration adults-only. Consider this your permission to book a sitter and enjoy a night off! If you need recommendations for a sitter, please reach out to Megan or Jim.
